Hey! I love your costumes! Cool modification to the HB. Ammnra did the same modification here McFarlane Toys Assassin's Creed 4 Hidden Blade Wrist Activated Mod. But i think your is better, because you don't drill a hole in the skull button. You could guide the whole string under the blade, so it would be more hidden :)

Welcome to my world,pal.You're the same as me.I asked for a Edward Kenway costume for christmas ,(I don't mean the costume my parents made me is bad)and I got a mix of a costume of Altair and Ezio with a Monk robe.I was super impatient to get it,I was jumping and running everywhere of excitement.I was waiting for a costume like this one.The day of christmas,I got a super adrenaline boost,And when my parents took out the belts I was like: "This is it..."And when I saw the costume,I was like "Wait..WHAT?!"I was so dissapointed even though I had a hellalot of fun with it.I can't wait to become an adult to make this costume.(I'm 9,just 9 more years).

Yeah it's pretty simple. Love what you did with it. I'm only 11 and I took the whole thing apart and put it back together. Mine was a piece of crap and kept shooting out like a ballistic knife. Glad you got a good pair.

Very well thought out modification. As for that spring, may I suggest using some diameter pipe to help with noise?

Good video! If you make the line a bit longer you kan tilt your hand without triggering the blade, but then you must use like your tumb to hold the line when you do the hand movment to draw the blade =) But it all comes down to preference!

Hey, im sure someones already asked this but could you swap out the spring for a better one? Or would that cause problems such as the plastic breaking due to more force??

Mueldex, all you u really need now to hold the blade horizontal is to dremel out under the plastic blade and insert a piece of coat hanger to hold it up right

I tried this with my hydenblade but it didn't work . u probly can make a different blade for it but make sure whatever material you use for the blade it has to look like the other one . and if the spring doesn't work or brake just have no spring it's quieter anyway and it would be like MacGyver made it lol

hey there's an easier way to mod this hidden blade just take it apart remove the spring and the lock and put the blade back together again now on the interior of the button you will notice a hoop as well as a little grove at the end of the blade put the grove inside the hoop then put back together afterward that button hoop will act as a lock to release push the button down then pull the blade out a tiny bit then just push down with your arm (not to hard the blade is crappy so it will pop out) and the blade will come out to relock just push blade all the way back I hope this was clear and easy to understand and I hope you have a wonderful day/morning/night/evening/breakfast/lunch/dinner/and jell-O

+HKLYTUNG They all look different, but are used for the same purpose and some have extra features. Arno's blade has more then one use, and can be used to be fired at people. Connor's blade can change it's angle and be used like a knife. Ezio does have the hook blade in AC:R which can be used for climbing and zip lines. Altair also has something similar to the phantom blade in AC:R. Jacob has the grapple hook. So pretty much Shay and Edward are the only lame ones. Though, I can't say that for sure as I never beat AC:IV because I didn't really like it and never played Rogue but plan to.

+Mr Walrusman Altairs one is just the hidden gun that Ezio uses...it is similar to the phantom blade but i would not class it the same...i think you forgot to mention the Hidden gun in your enumeration of the blades :)
