Really clever solution, but "PLEASE" don't advocate using the side face of a cutting disc! I have personally seen the results of these shattering. and trust me goggles aren't covering that kind of tissue damage. bench grinder or at least a grinding disc to dress the drill.

Сверло заточено не правильно,вернее заточка не доведёна до конца.Диаметр большой можно было и так нормально заточить без всяких мудрёных приспособ.

That’s what no relief angles drill like I’m guessing. Good cheap jig, but would be great to design a fence, so that the jig face wasn’t sacrificial and eventually need to be replaced.

Aweson invention but i prefer to use a bench grinder...ive got the right one with the right angle on it too..

What a waste in the cut! U could do 2 maybe 3, and when you press the sheet do it by his thickness, the other way you press the disc and its dangerous. Good video and idea.

Не может оно сверлить ! Угол в плане по гайке я согласен. А вот угол от режущей кромки до заднего угла на одном уровне и он будет мешать резать метал и тереть нагреваясь. Скорей всего сверло в какой то момент всё таки было поправлено!

Hallo, Sehr interessant, aber jeder der etwas von Metallverarbeitung versteht kann einen Bohrer auch frei Hand anschleifen. Der Bohrer in diesem Beispiel hat eine gute Querschnelde, einen guten Flankenwinkel aber praktisch keinen Freischnitt, es sieht sogar so aus, als würde ein negativer Winkel an der Schneide beginnen. Diese Konstruktion erzeugt keine wirklich funktionierende Bohrer. Die Kraft beim Bohren ist sicher sehr groß, die entstanden Späne sprechen eine deutliche Sprache. Die dünne Wanndung des Rechteckprofils ist nur mit Mühe durchbohrt. Не теряйте времени и не портите материал! Это приспособление никогда не заточит нормально сверла. Сверлить не будут: кромки завалены, да к тому же и перекаленным металл получатся.

Почему задний угол у сверла нулевой? Если не отрицательный

Короче, металл он не просверлил, а прожег. Сверло тупое как сибирский валенок. Он типо просверлил и тутже , он берет и ложет сверло себе на палец, должен был обжечься, но нет!!!!! Сверло сжег, потом он его снова заточил

Да,так сверла точат только не русские,я меньше минуты пройдёт и сверло будет заточино.оно будит не сверлить,а просто прогрызёт моментом.У меня тоже свой канал заходите в гости.

This is a whole lot of work for nothing. If you put two hex nuts together will give you the angle. Does not take in a count for the relief on the backside of the cutting edge.

Lol! But every expert sees at the first look, that this drill will not make a good performance on drilling a hole. The grinded geometry and the chips show it! Drilling with a bit like the one in the Video is no fun :-D
