The original name of this music is "Que nadie sepa mi sufrir" (let nobody know my suffering) and was composed in 1936 by an argentine musician called Angel Cabral (1911-1997). Edith Piaf was introduced to this song and took the music to Paris, changed the lyrics completely and it became "La foule"

Congratulations! It's probably the best performance of this song I've ever heard! The father, probably knows every note of the song, heard it for the seventh time (at least) with minor mistakes. At some point (probably when the mistakes were overcome) his interest grows. At the last moment, he has tears! He is also proud, as the mother, of the performer!

Argentinian old music from 1936. Edith Piaf loved that music in 1953 when she visited South America and sent it to change just the lyrics but the music is from Angel Cabral (Argentina)

VR471 I first heard this song when I was very little. My grandmother loved this piece and used to sing it out load in her kitchen. When I began to practice the piano, my mom really encouraged me to learn how to play it for her memory.

That's my mom! Her mom, my grandmother loved this song so mu mom is always very emotional when I play this piece. BTW, the one not paying attention and playing with his iPhone is my dad 😄 He was less into it, so it seems.
