I love this video and a couple of others I have just watched. I love your honesty about the frustrations and mysteries you have with them. We have the same issues but I really thought it was because I was a bit of a technophobe! Thanks for the reassurances! I thought I was a sucker for replacing our printer because I just couldn't get the first one I'd ever tried working, now I feel better and am thinking about having a back up printer on hand!

I thought I responded to this already but I don't see it...I think this video shows how to do that, but if it's not the exact same way to get to it as the printer that you have you might have to go into the "options" link then "printer options" that you see when the window is open when you're telling the printer to print something. kzread.info/dash/bejne/d2eq266waLyTicY.html

Hi. Thanks for this video. I have been using edible printers for 2ish years now and it seem like in the last month or so nothing is working. I brought 2 new printers (Canon TS702a and IX6800) and both new printers ran into magenta not printing right within a couple of days. New printer, new print head, new cartridge - but stupid magenta fails. I also tried to wash the print heads, let the cartridge flow a little, nothing seems to work. I use IcingImages. Do you have any tips of what else I can try? Thanks!

I'm having the exact same problem, and I think it's their new magenta ink. The last ink that I bought from them had a paper inside saying that it was a new formula and that you had to change the printer settings. I did that and I still had trouble with three different printers. I installed the newest one a few days ago and it's doing the same thing, it's the magenta ink. I'm going to call them today, but in the meantime I ordered a different brand of magenta and am going ot try it out when I get it to see if the printer will work. It's weird because I have three printers and two of them eventually settled down and started printing okay, but the third one will stop and start with the magenta. I went so far as to actually open the print head up and clean it out from the inside but I don't recommend that!

I spoke to the Icing Images people and they said to tell you to contact them directly, they have a solution!

​@@KaraBuntin and @Acaketoremember Thanks. I also ordered other Edible Ink from Amazon and that fixed the issue. Icing Images also contacted and explained that some of their batches of Magenta and Black inks had issues and that its now corrected. Thanks for reaching out to them.
