In honor of this year's Oktoberfest in Mt. Angel, Oregon, we have compiled together songs that reflect German roots in some form or another. Please enjoy our own adaptation of "Edelweiss" by Rodgers & Hammerstein, from the 1965 film "The Sound of Music."

You should listen to the incomparable version by the Little Singers of Armenia which is the best of the best.
The original will never be beat in terms of classic and nostalgia, but this is going on my list of absolute favorites

They are certainly fine singers, but I wish it had been sung in English even though I remember the words in English.
