It’s not for me to forgive him, he never spat at me lol. I really doubt I would forgive him but on the other hand I know for a fact I wouldn’t have acted the same way as the guy taunting him. At that and this stage of my life I would’ve easily identified when someone is trying to get a reaction out of me. Spitting at someone is disgusting. But did he really look and think... “ I’m going to spit on this 14 year old girl”. I doubt it, he probably just went to spit at the car, or worst spit through the window. I don’t think he rationally decided to spit at the 14 year old girl. Plus, the clip is like 20 seconds long, it’s starts with the guy already filming, clearly this wasn’t when the incident first started, could have been going on a few miles, it at least went on long enough for the guy to decide to reach for his phone, unlock it, go on the camera, switch it to video, and start videoing, then pull up alongside carraghers car to get a decent shot. Plus his daughter is already saying stop it at the very start of the clip so it clearly wasn’t just what we saw... I’m not entirely defending it because spitting at people is disgusting, lowest of the low. He deserves suspending, and punishing. But I don’t think 5 seconds of provoked madness should over rule 25+ years in the game as a professional. People make mistakes and do stupid things.
