You have good taste! 👍 I put my knives on the same credit card but pay if off in full every month. Wish I could sell off a bunch of my knives, but I have a lot in the $50‐$70 range that I bought early in the hobby, and there's just no market for them. If I sold them for $30‐$50 and then factor in shipping, it's barely worth it anyway. I have about 120 knives but have become way more picky. I used to want to buy everything I saw but now I wait for a knife that really hits me on a deep level. Glad to see you back!

That’s awesome! My dad is into the EDC hobby also and it’s been a really fun way for us to bond and shoot the breeze talking about knives, and we also trade with each other regularly. I also think it’s awesome that you give knives away. A lot of the ones I’ve gotten rid of were gifted to friends/family. Generosity is something I’m a big fan of. Thanks for watching!

Not necessarily - the main concepts of not using credit cards & not dipping into savings/investments hold true. When it comes to selling, you’re right there’s definitely a compounding effect, but it still works with smaller & more budget friendly collections it’s just less dramatic. Thanks for watching, all the best!

Hey what’s up man! I did, sorry dude! I had wanted one for a few years, but then I sort of forgot about it because they tend to go for a hefty premium. I’ll tell you what, if I ever decide to let it leave the collection I’ll set it aside for you. 👊🏻🍻

New sub here, like your style and attitude! I was wondering if you could help me? I’m wanting a few things for my knives, Deep carry clips (Spyderco wire styled ones and the “spoon” styled ones and Benchmade.) Custom metal scales (mostly for the spyderco’s with no liners.) And custom thumb studs (for the Benchmade as I fell their are too short.) And I would like one of those bolt on wave attachments, but preferably metal. Any idea where I could get those things from? I’m also not in North America unfortunately. (I also seen custom metal scales for a SAK and they looked nice, and Star Wars themed ones but again can’t find any for sale.) Also can you get a deep carry clip for pens and flashlights? Any help is much appreciated!

Hey, thanks so much for watching! One company I would look at for handle scales & thumbstuds is Flytanium. For pocket clips I always recommend MXG Gear deep carry clips for Spyderco & for Benchmade.

@@GearedTowardGear1 Thanks man! I did checkout he Flytanium stuff but the studs aren’t taller than the factory ones from Benchmade unfortunately. They also don’t make all black metal scales.

That’s a tough choice. I’d probably go with the Large Sebenza tanto.

There’s some really good quality stuff out there in the sub-$50 range. Materials can be “fancy” and expensive, but there’s some pure quality out there for not a lot of money.
