It is not strange. I've listened to the omega videos countless times. A soothing balm of clarity and a bright light in the darkness he is. He is also utterly hilarious at times in the best of ways, laughter is healing.

This does seem to be a particularly excellent one of the whole excellent series. I thank God for Eckhart. He is a beacon of light for humanity. I'd be adrift without him.

Listening in 2020, very difficult not to get pulled into the total insanity and be disgusted by the lies and deceptions. Learning to disengage. Really needed this now. Peace to all.

This I can hear over and over again and find the same stillness as when I first heard it. It is timeless and that timelessness is an aspect of the spaciousness in which we can experience what is.

This is wealth of information. Hope I can implement some of these practices he teaches in real life. Big giant namaste to eckhart community around the globe. 🙏 Thanks for bringing consciousness to whole new level.

@@1DaTJo Same with me. My suffering forced me in search of "meaning of life". Now my search almost ends with Eckhart. Nothing to seek/waiting mode, when I am conscious. Trying to remain in present moment . End of time feeling. Be with Eckhart daily and he will not let you down. 👍👍🙏🙏

I'm becoming more aware of the thought patterns of my mind, and it hasn't stopped at all, but it's already a liberating feeling, just becoming conscious of it.

What a gorgeous man - I saw him on Central Station Sydney Australia - I wanted to get his autograph but my train was coming but we locked eyes - he knew what I was after & tried to help but it did not happen but he was so lovely - he tried to make it happen - God Bless Spike Milligan - R.I.P. ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

So grateful for these teachings. I know they have saved my life and given me tremendous peace.

Enjoyed the session 4. I have always been quiet so it is surprising how I am becoming attuned to watching for the babble. I find that my forward thinking to future is what drives thoughts, generally concerns for others. Becoming aware of this has allowed me to be more present. Watching, listening, and reading Eckhart is a meditation in itself.

Of all Eckhart's wonderful posts on you tube I find this one the most incredibly interesting and perceptive for me. The way he breaks everything down and shows you the way to a better understanding of yourself. Thankyou Eckhart for your wise words 🌈🙏👏

Its so amazing beyond anything you could ever put into words. When I first experienced life tearing me apart, I couldnt accept it, I remember being in the psychiatric ward pacing up and down the corridors all day cuz I couldnt stay still, I was fantasizing about some magical way to escape the hell I believed I was in, when I went to bed at night Id be praying that Id wake up the next morning and realise it was all just a bad dream. It turns out it was just a bad dream but that realisation didnt come overnight and it happened when I stopped running and resisting the way things are and I see that what I thought was the greatest curse is actually the deepest blessing.

40.08 Exactly what Upanishads (essence of Vedas) declare - while what we call objects is but SAT and the subject perceiving it CHIT and they both are one in their true essence; thus they influence each other to produce bliss - ANANDA.

I am that I am and we are in each other, one conscious all here together with the illusion of time and separation in the world of forms, dissipating and especially through technology, we are a dream within a dream but all from the one consciousness. Blessings and love fellow dreamers, I hope this doesn't sound like nonsense. Practising awareness bringing love to us altogether. We Are the lights of the world. No judgement, no ego just present with love before I too dissolve back together with you all eventually.

Thankyou Eckhart, I’m finding it difficult to forgive my father for the abuse when I was growing up. I don’t know if I could get to the stage where I would think ‘ forgive him for what’ because he damaged me spiritually, emotionally and physically. He has never acknowledged this.

Forgiving doesn't mean forgetting or making excuses for the person. I find it more useful to just focus on my own inner life and forgive /understand myself deeply. None of what happened was your fault and you don't need to agree with it EVER. On the deepest level it's true that we are all the same divine beings but on the 3D level we still need to deal with what's going on. Another teacher calls it "cross realm projection." We need to know which reality/realm we're dealing with. I think as we awaken to our true self, our reactivity diminishes in 3D, and that is already a big relief.

I feel as though forgiveness is healing one's self and with it one's ancestral line. And with that everyone and everything in the universe. The love that emerges from forgiveness is so powerful. 💗💗💗

I always felt and knew there was two of me... I once told a therapist when I was having counselling. She looked at me vague. Eckhart has changed my life ....... I love him and to top it all he is so humble.

Like Eckhart says, the Person who is doing such things doesnt know what he is doing. He thinks that this is the way to become someday happy and to reach a point of fullfilment. Stop seeing him through concepts like hes such a bad person and so on. Hes doing what he thinks is right, giving negativity to such people only strenghtens their belief. Because in his eyes he is the good and everybody who hinders his way is the bad.

Forgiveness is not equal to being walked on. Seems we are still required to act and make thing right to the best of our ability while in 3D.
