Adrian, love your videos. This one is helpful as well. Here's our challenge: we run a weekly livestream and each week the format is variable. One week, it's just the two hosts. The next week, it's a host and two in-studio guests. The next week it's the two hosts with a remote guest. Even the coloring and other effects may change from week to week depending on whether the show is on a super-serious topic or a flippant holiday topic. Up till now, we've been using a single profile and creating folders for each weekly episode. To create the folder of scenes for the coming week, I will look back over previous shows and find one that looks the most like what this next episode will look like, making relatively minor mods as necessary. So, now this profile has dozens of folders with myriad assets which collectively hits around 10 Gb when exported. There must be a better strategy. Perhaps you have an idea or two for us. I'm thinking that I could organize a hierarchy where the top level are three to five profiles that cover the major show formats, then simply place folders within each of those for any episodes that used that format. Does this sound reasonable, flexible, do-able to you? Appreciate any thoughts you have. Peace.

Yes, just duplicate your main profile to individual profiles for different shows and strip out what you don't need.

i use ecamm live at church with zoom we trying to put the pdf which has the songs , what i am trying to do is bring the music on zoom so the viewer can follow along if can please explain how that works thank you.

The thing that causes me the biggest problem Adrain is that when I go to an old set of scenes the videos do not save. They never do. I have to locate them every time. You mentioned in this video that all videos can be saved. Mine dont. Any thoughts?
