Yeah for sure! Definitely pick one up to start your build. I honestly don’t see needing a different one unless You want built engine power.

Yo dude I have the same one, been running it fine for months now, but I wanted to switch over to an external wastegate, I know you said you’re running an internal but have you ever tried using an external with this manifold? Does it fit okay with the space given?

No. I’ve never run one on this car. I’m sure it’s doable

Quick question. If you dont mind, i have a festiva with bp swap on megasquirt. Looking to turbo over the winter. Do you mind measuring from the head to the farthermost part of the turbo. I just want to see if i could get it to fit without hitting my core support.

From head to hot side is 9 3/4 inches. On Compressor housing outlet to head is 10 1/2 inches. It’s clocked towards the driver fender. If you could clock it straight up or down then you would have really close to 9 and 3/4 inches the entire length of the turbo. I hope this helps👍🏻

Well the front end kinda turned into a disaster.. I’ve had to put a engine cradle and basically replace all the front driver suspension parts. Getting a driver side knuckle today actually. Then hopefully it will align right🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. If not back on the frame machine it goes for another pull. As soon as I get it straight I will be making more videos on it! Any ideas on what to cover just let me know and I’ll make it happen 🙌🙌

What are you running for a downpipe???

I made my own down pipe. Just used the flange that came with the turbo👍🏻 2.5 inch

I went 2.5 inches. And yes I made my own with the flange that comes with the turbo. I also notched the flange by the waste gate flap, so it opens all the way. So it doesn’t have any boost creep.

@@OniMX5 I’m sure you could fit a 3 inch. Might need a little trimming on the fire wall side down by the pinch weld. But to be honest if you want 250whp or less the 2.5 will do. But if you gotta go big I understand.
