Great to see this whole build. Money Pit inspired me to buy my own NB miata and start wrenching on it. Owned it for 2 wondeful years, learnt a lot about cars, had lots of fun working on it and even more fun driving it. Did lots of not-totally-necessary stuff to it, but also got myself out of a few jams, including replacing a busted radiator on the miata (and then subsequently another car with the know-how I gained from working on the miata) and a failed clutch master/slave cylinder. I've since sold the car, but my 2 years of owning her are forever happy memories. You just can't beat the feeling of rolling around town on a hot summer day with the top down

I really like the money pit, B2B and hi/low series that got me interested in planning out these install for the cars. I was imagining a possible hi/low, Money pit, and B2B on extra modifications like the air/oil separator and the coolant swirl pot.

I would like to see the same series but with a today cheap car, maybe one that doesn't have a lot of aftermarket support and you have to work around some stuff and adapt pieces to make them work. Example: A MK1/2 Focus? Maybe? They're pretty cheap and ,here in europe atleast, they're everywhere, plus the engines are tanks they can take whatever if you treat them right

I feel like Zach’s endeavours in Donut Media has easily captivated the audience with so many fascinating moments when doing project cars - from the Miata to the E36 - bringing in all forms of car enthusiasts in the building aspect of projects, expanding our knowledge and everything else in between. I can’t wait to see what the next Money Pit car will be … fingers crossed it’s an S2000

Money pit was exactly what everyone needed it was all the more impactful as it was done on a driveway and in your own garage… not lifts. I agree with a lot of the other that this one series help attract a lot of people and while I’m sure you guys had a lot of frustrations in the making you didn’t cut them out (self rebuild on the steering rack). In my option this channel has reignited the car modding in a-lot of people

I really hope to see more Money Pit projects. The rally BMW was fun, but the series was so short. And Hi-Low has had a similar problem. The 1st season was great, the trucks were awesome and then the engine swaps were cool, but there's only so much you can do with a car without repeating yourself. Would love to see Jerry do a similar thing with a bike maybe.

I thinks its amazing when you give us the "inside scoop" of how things really happened, like with the PCV! Also, I miss the moneypit miata series, you should do another "Cheap car" series, and maybe try to make it good on a seriously low budget, like a mix between low car from HiLow and moneypit. Love building cheap cars on a budget! Though they tend to spend more time on jacks than on the road!

I bought my miata in summer 2020 because of money pit and I love it so much! It's a 1991 in british racing green that I paid $3500CAD. It's been super reliable for a car with 285 000 km. I've only done maintenance work on it but the plan is still to put some performance part. It won't be a track car but more of a nice twistie road car. Thank you donut for this series.
