In this new series, I was looking forward to getting out of my comfort zone and trying foods that I haven’t tried in the past.
Today I am eating Somali food which is from Somali in East Africa. They are known for their natural flavours and communal eating hence why the huuuuuge plate 😊 .

Somali food is top notch but the presentation truly is simple, lol. But alhamdouliah, eventually it all comes down to the food and how good it is.
Damn that looks good, never had somali food before, should definetly give it a try!

Always been very intrigued by African food, especially the way they cook their meet, looks so appetising! That whole platter for 20£ tho, wow..

It’s because she bought a mixed plate. It’s called a federation plate. It’s because Italy had like a treaty with Somalia.

I did pay for my food the same way you would if you went here. They charged me £21 but it would have been £20 if I didn’t order chapatti to accompany the dish.
