It's nice to say sorry, even all the time cause it's about being kind and polite not nothing else
Really loved the video... I think these kind of videos really helps us to know about not only cultural differences but also accent differences(here uk and usa)..its very nice to listen to people from native and non native english speaking countries as well(like your previous videos)..so that we can improve our listening skills to a great extend.i must say that you are the best english teacher .thanks Ally..
