EATING MY FOLLOWERS' FEAR FOODS + MINDSET SHIFTS THAT HAVE IMPROVED MY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD
Follow along as I eat my followers' fear foods for a day while sharing important mindset shifts that have helped me go from feeling shame and guilt around food to finding freedom. As someone who is passionate about helping others find empowerment in their relationship with food... this was a very important video for me to film!
The road to healing from an ED or even from disordered eating behaviors is filled with ups and downs but it is ALWAYS worth it, and working through food fears is a magical way to take the power away from diet culture and put it back in your own hands!
Hopefully this video shows you that your fear foods are not as scary as they seem! If you are struggling, remember that you are NEVER alone and that reaching out for help if always a strength. I love you!!! xx

Wow this was an amazing video!! I’ve started recovery and trying to eat my fears foods and it’s been pretty good but I get a lot of disordered thoughts that make question if I should be eating them or not, but this video reminded me why I’m doing it and facing my fears. I just want to say thank you for making this and would love to see another one of these or even making this into a series ❤
Wow this is the first time someone has told me I don't have to finish the complete fear food if I'm genuinely full. Every time I've faced fear foods I've always psychologically thought I have to finish it to conquer it even though that's not intuitive if I'm forcing myself to finish past fullness. Thank you for this ❤
I agree that you can treat yourself with fear foods but eat in moderation
