Eating INDIAN STREET FOOD for 7 Days!! 🇮🇳 Ultimate India Food Tour [Full Documentary]
🇮🇳 Indian Street Food in Bengaluru: • Indian Street Food - K...
👕 T-shirts: store.migrationology.com/
We’re going on a full Indian street food tour through the South Indian state of Karnataka! From Mangaluru (Mangalore) to Bengaluru (Bangalore), we’ll try some of the tastiest Indian food and see some incredible behind the scenes of what goes into the cooking.
In this full documentary I’ll show you all the incredible meals from our road trip in Karnataka, India!
We’ll begin this adventure in Mangalore, famous for seafood, especially fish fry. They coat all fish in a thick masala paste, and tawa fry them in coconut oil. The result is a plaster of masala that keeps the fish moist with an insane amount of flavor. Also, you can't miss the original ghee roast! It was great to hang out with Martin and @JoelsTastyRide
We continued to Coorg, where we met up with my great friend @FoodNTravel in the mountains to learn all about the local food and eat a famous dish unlike any other dish I’ve had in India.
Next up on this Indian street food tour, we’ll visit Mysore (Mysuru), a cultural capital of India, known for a variety of delicious foods - and it didn’t let us down.
Finally we’ll meet up with @FoodLoversTV in Bengaluru (Bangalore), home to a near endless variety and quantity of Indian food. From 1000 kilo pots of biryani, to an Uncle who makes some of the greatest ever fried rice, you can eat non-stop in Bengaluru!
Join me on this incredible Indian food tour in Karnataka, India!

This should be top comment. Imagine him and his wife and son are constantly moving and flying and traveling. But he and his family definitely deserve some down time to be the family that they are.

Love this 3 hours format. And a big hug for doing proper research and connecting up with authentic food lovers/ bloggers. The Coorg part was fabulous.
YEEEEES MARK!!!! I love this travel vlog technique!!! It kicks it up a notch. We love the behind the scene travel stuff too; is more humanizing & personal. Thank you for sharing!
Absolutely love it when you and Joel are together, there's only one thing more wholesome than travelling with family for food, and that's adding a friend... and Joel is a lovely friend :)
What an amazing documentary, the food looks amazing. Thank you Mark and crew for this! Loved and shared this with family. God Bless.

Yeah, whenever Mark feels his views slipping, he puts in an India video, so lots of repressed, self hating Indians with an inferiority complex will watch it and his Views go up. Check out his videos, the ones in India have the highest number of views, by far.
I love this channel. Mark is such a legend. And the glimpse of his family show you that they are awesome as well. But I also really like Joel when I see him. He is an absolute doppelgänger to a guy I worked with years ago, like 35+ years. Who was so kind and looked after me at the workplace I was in. It was a shite job, and this kind older fella would watch out for all the junior staff. I have forgotten his name, which pains me, but I’ll always remember him. So whenever I see Joel, I’m taken back to the times with that guy and remember his kindness. The personality even matches… Keep up the brilliant work.
I just love the way Indians eat with their hands. I have tried it especially when eating curry & oh my! the rice really mixed well with the curry when i eat with my hands instead of using the spoon!food taste better!👌 India is one of my bucket list of top 5 countries i want to visit!just because of the way they cook their curries. Love this video!❤
Wow looks good. Love Indian food. Hi Best friend Joel ! I’m so glad to see you with Mark. Love to see you both team up in a food vlog again. 😘✌️🇺🇸

oh man this is GOLD , thank you mark for publishing this as a documentary . Next time please explore north east states of India. From Assam to Bhutan.
Mark's ability to ignore the exhaust fumes, ugliness and noise and to focus on the great food and kind, proud people is a lesson for all of us from wealthy countries who live in developing countries.

I’m catching up with your videos after awhile and really like the summary and voice over part that you added to the beginning and still kept to your authentic style of showcasing the food and people. Micah is so big now too! It’s still so cool and amazing to me (who has a 5 year old and 2 year old boys) that you travel everywhere with him. All the best to you and your family.

Motivating me to explore my own country. That's the power of your videos!! Have been following Mark for years now.. Thank you Mark!
I love eating with my hands it’s so primal and personal. Hand to mouth makes you way more in touch with your tastebuds. It just hits different and anyone that doesn’t understand that should leave there nasty uncultured comments to themselves. Xoxo to Mark for being my inspiration I n my culinary journeys.

Great video with superb camera work and editing. Thank you for naming out the spices, as they throw them in the wok.
Thank you Mark for showcasing the cuisines of Karnataka to the world! Although, I'd say the food showed in this documentary is about minute fraction of the real number or variety from this region. 😀❤🙏

@@MarkWiensYou should try north Karnataka food. Mutton curry with jolada rotti is just incredible. You will find this type of food in southern Maharashtra as well. A lot of our dishes are super healthy and made of millets like ragi and jowar. Neer dosa is another thing that goes incredibly well with coconut chutney or any kind of curry with meat in it.
Mark! You amaze us with your content. You've covered the magnificent state of Kerala and now you have travelled through Karnataka, in style, sampling the best and most sophisticated cuisines of India! Next stop, Maharashtra please! You are here in this world to love the hot, spicy and complex flavors of the cuisines below the Vindhya mountain ranges - Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, (and although I can't swear to it, I hear) parts of Orissa and Madhya Pradesh. And I know you will LOVE it! God bless you and your beautiful family!

Hi Mark Weins, I have been watching your videos since 2020. You have been inspiring me to make videos and I finally created an account and start to make videos because of you. I hope your journey will continue to cherish as you go across the world.Bye!
I know you're at HK right now but really excited to see where you're headed to next. HK videos were great but HK is now less vibrant and much more restrictive than in the past. Hope you're able to have a good time.

Thank you sir, thank you very much for showing our Indian food so well🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I think it’s abt time mark and family hosted all the people over the years to say thanx for their hospitality and show how he has inculcated their cuisines into his household cooking
I prefer watching Mark Weins than a Mukbang video. Like you get excellent food, you get culture and you see good and beautiful people all around the world. I wish everyone in the world would love their neighbors in all countries across the world.
When I go to India, I'm bringing my own spoon!

In the past, several of my friends went on a tour to India and almost all of them had diarrhea, which made me afraid to go to India. Not only my friends, but it happened with several other tour groups. Hopefully now it's better

If you’re not used to that level of spices or masala mixtures then it will be a shock to your system. It’s not to do with the quality of food so I don’t know what you mean by “hopefully now it’s better”. I went backpacking in India for 5 weeks about 10 years ago and neither me or my husband got sick.
@Jeev-jl4sk

The problem is not with the food per se . It is because the non sub continent guts are not used to Indian food. It takes time to get used to it. So its better to start slow once you are here...
@Yatra-kj3zq

Avoid street food. Dirty unclean water and old stale oils used for frying can cause upset stomach. Best to eat in well established restaurants. If you have never eaten spicy food, then you can have digestive issues.

Truly, I have no idea what the point of this post is? I've eaten at a 2* Michellin restaurant in London and subsequently had diarrhea. You post a comment to deride an entire Country's cuisine? I'm guessing your a Yank. Before you worry about travel, might want to look into getting a passport.
