Just eat an ounce of liver everyday, it contains a lot of bioavailable vitamin A and every nutrient that your body needs, the vitamis that you find in plants are not bioavailable, my vision was poor i couldn't see colors well, i had constant migraines, vision diaturbances now im feeling great, im on carnivore diet but i allow fruits for carbs it helped me a lot i had all sorts of issues in my joints, throughout my whole body, sleep issues now i feel like im at the best stage of my life.

Thanks. Glad ur doing well. I think there is a great deal of individual host response when it comes to diet. Good that u noticed how plant based could effect u negatively. I like liver but I also care to have all the benefits of the phytonutrients and feel lucky it doesn’t effect me like you. With changing over to more meats are you also checking you lipids?
