also as a viet, you should NOT put in the hoisin and sirachi in pho. It just ruins it. And anyways, who the hell puts hoisin sauce in the pho? Save it for the dipping sauce.

There are so many better Vietnamese dishes other than pho though. Just staying within noodle soup category, Viet women tend to like bun baa (Pronunciation) While men prefer bun bo hue. It's difficult to find good versions of these in restaurants, though.

Inbreeding to keep all the desirable traits, which causes serious health issues for example Ashley's Nimbus getting paralyzed for a while. They also suffer heart problems and can die suddenly for no apparent reason during their puppy years. Puppies that are born with undesirable traits get... Disposed of.
