    @@Theoryofcatsndogs I agree, Anthony is obviously the goat, and the gateway for all these new and upcoming chefs. Just gotta respect what Lucas is doing and how much he's been grinding ahead of the many influencers/chefs we see out there. Someone who knows his roots/classics very well but also is adapting to the new methods of cooking. His growth over the few years has been fantastic! Always excited to watch his content.

    I want to dine here! I’ve been eating sushi for 52 years. First sushi experience: New Otani Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. When I saw mostly Japanese businessmen staying/eating there I knew I was in the right place. 🍣

    Went there 2 weeks ago for my first lunch in Tokyo and sat at the exact same spot as Lucas. We were transported so out of this world that both my friend and I forgot our backpacks at the restaurant. The host lady chased us down 3 blocks, carrying our backpacks with her kimono and wooden shoes effortlessly like a champ. Shout out to the entire hospitality team at Udatsu. And thanks, Lucas, for articulating your experience so nicely. I still struggle to make an adequate Instagram post to explain what happened after 2 weeks.

    I Really like Chef Lucas Sin's cooking videos because they teaching us great stuff. But it was also really interesting to watch him as a "Student" of sorts. Because of my years in Japanese Martial Arts, I learned that Every Teacher is a Student, and Every Student is a Teacher. Plus the Main Chef in that Tokyo restaurant I found very creative yet traditional. It made me want to be in Japan eating right along side of Chef Lucas! Thank you again.
