Biggest takeaways: *Do the most important thing first in the morning. This will change your life. Don't check Instagram, don't reply to emails, don't do anything which isn't aligned with your primary goal and won't get you closer to achieving it. *Every time you're debating with yourself whether to do something or not you start to lose willpower- you need to stop giving in to old habits, comfort, time wasting activities and distractions in order to stick and complete your goals. So simply repeat "do it now, do it now, do it now". Implement this in your thinking to strengthen your discipline, and do what's required whether you feel like it or not. *Don't do tomorrow what you can do today. Do things well and fast, don't put them on your to do list and wait for the deadline to be a few days away. Create urgency and you'll have a reputation as the efficient person people can rely on. *80% of productivity is consistent of 3 things: clear goals, clear measures, clear schedules&deadlines. My take is, that's like the model of SMART goals: specific, measurable, attainable, action oriented, realistic, time bound. *50% of working time is wasted. So a good employee will immediately stand out. *Once you establish a habit, it becomes automatic and unthinkable. Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with; bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with.

Brian's information that he gives to the world is as important as the discovery of usable electricity. He is changing the world by demonstrating practical ways that we have the power within ourselves to change our own life. By listening and acting on these ideas anyone can be successful as they define it. That discovery is as important as electricity.

The best worker I ever had when operating my own tree service, was an Army veteran. We executed big jobs like a tornado, the system was so efficient, it could not possibly been improved unless we had more equipment. Thankyou Brian & all the Best!!!

Set a good plan to achieve your goals. To be better than yesterday. ‘‘Eat a live frog first thing in the morning and nothing worse to you the rest of the day‘‘. That is very good sentences, I like it.

I don't know. I don't agree with the philosophy of going to work earlier and leaving later unless you're getting paid more. I think that's devaluing yourself.

Never work harder on your job than you do on yourself, unless you really value your job - this is what you really want to do. It’s Jim Rohn’s maxim to never work harder on your job than you do on yourself… something I caught myself doing recently (I could have been doing a lot more than I was for myself).
