I absolutely love watching you.. you have so much enthusiasm in your voice and I just love the joy you find in making and sharing your recipes. You're just an amazing person and what I love most is your recipes aren't complicated... you're down to earth with a family and we all know that the we are all likely to make one of these desserts (pineapple cake 😋) to bring to a cookout or family diner rather than trying to spend the night before and following day decorating a 3 layer cake 🎂 to impress. I would whisk your eggs up in the melted butter first. Then add your pinapple and juice and mix. Then add your cake mix last and mix it well. Then pour in your pan. That will distribute your ingredients more evenly. 😊

Kristen, When you add to your mixer you have to add small amount’s of powder ingredients to avoid the the powder dust. And to remove some of what’s on your beaters after mixing keep your mixer running at a low speed and slowly bring your beaters up until they are almost out of batter that gets a lot off the beaters but not everthing. I love your recipes and the entertainment. You make me smile and laugh just when I need it and even when I don’t!Thank You! Also I would love your recipe “Kristen’s Energy”😊

Hello Kristin, from Southern California! 🌴🌤 I'm watching your videos for the first time. I just love your "get up n go to cook n bake" enthusiasm. Reminds me of when I had that kinda energy for the kitchen😄. But I have to say your pineapple bundt cake and Chocolate chip crescent dessert looks so good, that I'm gonna have to make em. Note: I have a good recommendation on a baking tool for you w/dual purpose- cutting&serving of pies, tarts, quiche etc: Pampered Chef's Slice N Serve (stainless, w/serrated edges) is awesome. I've had mine for 15+ yrs, and it's still cuts like new.😉 Looking forward to seeing more videos.🙂👋

9:55 You talk all you want. We had a teacher in school in cooking class say "if you don't make a mess then you ain't cookin'!" 😊 I bet the crescent roll idea would be just as tasty putting the chocolate chips on the dough before rolling it up. Sort of like Swiss rolls without the cream.

Oh my goodness Ms. Kristin, these desserts look great! I made the chocolate croissant dessert. I folded the croissants a little looser and this allowed them to rise more and the dessert turened out beautifully! Thank you so much for your easy intructions, what a fun video! Fruity pebbles cheesecake looks awesome…a light buttering of your baking dish will have it all slide right out for cutting. Also rub butter on your hand when spreading the crust and it won’t stick to your hands at all.
