That's very clever, but three things: 1) Since you didn't check the angle values and use clamps to weld, the 45 degree angles were off by several degrees. 2) why not just adjust the chop saw to the 45 degree angle setting instead of making this jig? & 3) For safety's sake NEVER EVER use the side of a chop saw blade or a grindstone wheel unless you want a catastrophic failure that could take your face off! Use your clean up grinder for that. What you are doing is lazy and dangerous!
