Когда ведешь монтаж, бумажками некогда заниматься, разные диаметры , разные углы врезки. Электрод который показан вначале , вот он и выручает любую врезку можно разметить.

I recommend a chop saw with a dial indicator!!!! it takes all of about 10 seconds to turn it to the 45* marker and lock it back down!!!!

Or one could just buy a cheap hole saw tube notcher that will do any angle and they do a damn nice job.

Good trick but definitely use paint pens if you plan on painting. Saves a ton of headaches later.

Another reason why I like square tubing better.....

Use some shish-ka-bob skewers and some rubber bands to make a workable jig.

Could you post of video of this faster and easier way please. Im trying to remember how I learnt how to notch pipe was very similar to this video but actually made a template out card and just wrapped it around pipe to make the cut pattern.
