These are so fresh off of my screen and cookbook 😂! Fruity salads are always cool and versatile even though they’re not as common as vegetable salads. They’re as good as your berries 🍓🫐and arugula salad. You always make salads look beautiful 🤩 🥗. Can’t wait to watch this tomorrow! Also, that’s another way to start the summer off with!

Cant wait to make this soon for me i never had easy strawberry salad with honey vinaigrette before perfect for my after office meals

I made some really nice strawberry vinegar that I will use in this recipe instead of red wine vinegar. I have your cookbook and I don’t know why I have not made this recipe yet because I do have it marked to make it and the strawberries are beautiful right now.❤❤🍓🍓🍓

I don't measure, but if I had to guess I do about 2-3 T melted butter and a T honey mixed together. Toss it with 2 C pecans. Bake at 375 about 10 minutes, toss in pan and bake another 5 mins.

First and foremost, that’s a magnificent salad. It’s great for the summer and I like that you used a red onion. It’s much milder and not overbearing. I loved every ingredient, especially the vinaigrette. One other thing, where on earth did you get that magnificent Peppermill? What a great conversation piece. I would love to have one of those. I would love to purchase your cookbook as well. I watch a lot of French chefs and I love French cuisine. You prepare things like a Michelin star chef in France. In the fall and winter, I enjoy making a traditional French roasted chicken with root vegetables. I would enjoy seeing how you prepare one. Once again, I’m so happy I found your videos. Well done!!!! 👍🇫🇷🗼

I make candied pecans to use in my strawberry salad, also if you slice the red onion real real thin it gives the salad a better flavor, just a hint of onion taste.

Yum! Natasha, do you ever cook with Pak Choy? I started to grow it in my hydroponics. I’d like to learn some good way to include them in my cooking.

If you're allergic to all nuts, you can try substituting the almonds with seeds. Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds would add a nice crunch and flavor to the salad. You could also try roasted chickpeas for a crunchy and nut-free alternative. Thank you for your question!
