Valentine's Day is drawing nigh, and shades of red fill the sky! Well, not really, but why not? Since it's strawberry season, I tried a Strawberry Pudding that's just fit for this approaching occasion! The delightful tart flavour of Strawberries is nicely enhanced with Lime and it is balanced with sweetness. A lovely pink desert to try :)
It is, certainly, good to be in Love. The instrumental playing in the background is ‘Mollbailo Dou’ which means Dew from the Skies. This song is all about the ‘Resulting Power’ of Love. Love in all its fullness is beautiful. It is good. Let me encourage you to reach out to your loved ones and remind them that you love them :)

Ingredients:
(1 US Cup= 240 ml)
400 grams Fresh Strawberries
500 ml Milk
4 (large) Tablespoons Cornflour (Corn Starch)
1/2 Cup (100 grams) granulated Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
Oil for greasing
Refrigerate it overnight; don't freeze it. (Freezing it may lead to a whole new dessert that would be similar to a strawberry sorbet, but with milk).
