Bibim Guksu, aka Korean Spicy Mixed Cold Noodles, is the perfect dish paired with pork belly because the mixed noodles help balance out all the oil from the pork belly. This is also a super easy and refreshing noodle dish to make in summer. The recipe for the sauce is pretty spicy, so if you're not too good with eating spicy food, then add less to the noodles!

Hi Chef Chris!!!. This dish looks really delicious. Im a fan of pork belly. The noodles may be too...spicy for me but I will tone it down.I like the spices you used. I like that the fruits in it.Sounds really tasty...YUMS!!! Great Video!!!...🦋
