I've made this several times now, and it's magic Everytime better and better, AND I also made it all the way , almost to the end, and LEFT the pineapple out for my husband (he doesn't like it) and then put pineapple in for the rest of dish. Easy! And still awesome, the great thing is the chicken is so moist and delicious...even if I use just chicken breast. Thank you so much for this, I love it! Shared with my daughters family too... Mmm... My husband's mom is from the Caribbean and he loves the sound of your voice too!

Family approved-My husband, 1yr old and picky 10yr old devoured this dish! I can't thank you enough. Although this is a quick dish, it doesn't disappoint in the flavor department.

I wanted to surprise my gf with a new dish and tried this one and let me tell you “SHE LOVED IT” and i really love it too am definitely gonna do it again… Keep up the good work jody I am not a chef and I hate being in the kitchen too long but your videos inspire me to try some of these delicious meals

Bout to make this today. Wish me luck. I recently came up on ur channel and I did a recipe from it. Think it was steamed fish cuz I don’t cook ever and I decided it’s time for me to stop wasting money eating out. My oven doesnt have a broiler, is it possible that for the last 5mins i can use an airfryer to get the charred effect?

If your oven doesn’t have a broiler you can turn your oven a-bit higher for the last 4 minutes and it will give it a nice charred colour! It’s up to you if you want to put it into your air fryer but you don’t have it ok

Never add garlic first….it cooks faster and will also burn leaving a sour aftertaste That and the ginger would be the last ingredients

Not good no directions just ingredients didn't help me out.
