Raw onions, cilantro or culantro, salsa, sour cream or crema or coconut cream, sliced red radish, shredded cabbage or coleslaw I love the baked jamaican patties cut open and stuffed with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes plus a warm coco bread. Please make a video of your version of a pyramid Jamaican Patty. They are very rare both in jamaica and abroad. They are available at the Devon House in Kingston, Jamaica.
This is my own idea, if you watch the whole video you can see that I make the beef filling with all the natural ingredients like thyme, scallions, scotch bonnets pepper, onion, garlic , pimento seed, jerk seasoning and all that goodness. Cooking is about being creative and trying new stuff I’m all about that. I already have a video on how I make patties check it out❤️
