    ขอบคุณมากนะคะ 🙏♥️☕ ตอนทำใช้ตะกร้อมือหรือเครื่องตีคะ ? ถ้ามีน้ำผึ้งป๊อปแนะนำให้ใส่น้ำผึ้งสัก 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ นะคะ จะช่วยทำให้เนื้อขนมไม่แห้ง. กินร้อนๆ จะดีค่ะ ถ้าเย็นจะแห้งหน่อย ต้องเอามาเวฟ.

    예. 아몬드 가루에는 글루텐이 없기 때문이에요. 따라서 마들렌에 아몬드 가루를 섞어서 더 가벼워질 거예요 ♥️

    Hi 🤗❤️🙏. I recommend using a scale to weigh the ingredients. It will be more accurate than using a measuring cup.

    This is not traditional Madeleines. but yes who said you can't make Madeleines without mold ? 👇👇👇 Credit King Arthur baking.com " What can I use if I don't have a Madeleine mold?" Perhaps the most straightforward alternative is to use a mini muffin pan. Most hold just the right amount of batter to make madeleines - about 2 teaspoons of batter per well.Jan 8, 2021
