Easy lasagna recipe
Lasagna
1 box no boil lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
32 Oz ricotta cheese
4 cups tomato sauce (homemade or jar)
1 egg
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350°
Cook the ground beef, seasoning to taste and mix in the sauce
In a bowl mix together the seasoning, 3 cups of the mozzarella cheese and egg
In a lightly greased deep 9x13 casserole dish spread 1 cup of the meat sauce on the bottom
Lay 4-5 noodles on top then 1/2 of the cheese mixture followed by 1/2 of the meat sauce
Add the provolone cheese slices
Repeat with 4-5 noodles, the rest of the cheese mixture, the rest of the sauce and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour (spray foil with nonstick cooking spray so the cheese won’t stick)
Let cool 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving so it doesn’t fall apart.

Needs more noodles. I would do 1/3 meat instead of half and do another layer of noodles.
I don't freaking understand why when I make my lasagna it comes out dry!! I do it exactly how you did it and still not the same.... TIPS PLEASE !!!

Don't cook your meat sauce till it's thick and dry. You want to leave it runny so the lasagna sheets have something to absorb. Cover it with foil tightly to create an environment where the liquid isn't escaping into your oven. Then remove foil and turn up the heat to brown off the top.

How could it be gross lol, this is a classic lasagna. Do you mean the noodles maybe? They sell oven ready noodles for lasagnas where you don't have to cook them beforehand
