[Easy Korean Recipes in Tagalog] BINGSOO (Korean Summer Dessert) Mango & Injeolmi Bingsoo
🧊Bingsoo or Bingsu🧊 is Korean Summer Dessert

INGREDIENTS
🧊 For the Shaved-ice (milk base)
- 1 liter fresh milk
- 1 cup of water
- 4 tablespoon condensed milk
- salt
🥜 INJEOLMI PAT BINGSOO (Korean Rice cake Bingsoo)
- 500 g red beans (2 cups)
- water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup glutinous rice powder
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- roasted soy bean powder
🥭 FOR MANGO BINGSOO
- 1 cup of sliced mangoes
- 3 table spoons sugar
- 6 table spoons water
- additional ripe mangoes for topping

I used sea salt, however u can also use iodized salt (a: this is the most commonly used in most households), or any kinds of salt u have at home- but not rock salt
Hi! I just want to ask po about sa injeolmi, malambot po ba dapat sya sa bingsu o matigas? Okay lang po ba na gumawa kami ng stock ng injeolmi sa reff?

Its better soft, or else it because too hard to bite na. If you will make stocks please freeze and defrost at room temperature (it will naturally be soft) before serving
