Filling
3 cups sweetened condensed milk
3 /4 cup key lime juice ( I use bottled key west key lime)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lime zest
Crust
1 store bought prepared pie crust
Mix together filling ingredients and our into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes until small bubbles form in the top. Chill for at least one our.
Add whip cream and lime wedges as garnish.
