This is perfect for my precious granddaughter. Her parents decided they are not exposing her to gluten early in life ( 18 months old. ) . I suffer from IBS so does my DIL. Waffles are my comfort food so does my son who snacks on mochi. So this will suit my family.

Totally can swap out with the milk of your choice. Thanks for watching!
The waffles look absolutely delicious. Since the recipe calls for the glutinous rice flour and no fat is added to the recipe, Will they get chewy when they’re cold?

These waffles are a cross between mochi and waffles, so it's has a chew even when warm.

Hi! Thx for this great recipe😊! I had a question, I saw other recipes where they were calling for tapioca starch as well as the mochiko. Is there a reason why you opted out of the tapioca starch? Do you think adding it to the recipe is going to bring a change? Thanks 😊!

I don't use it. You can use it if you'd like. My guess is it would change the texture slightly.
Can’t wait to try!

You don't actually need a waffle iron, you can use a sandwich toaster, oven e.t.c. Just search it up! Hope this helps :)

That's a tough one. This is a mochi recipe. If you take it out it would be plain waffles.
I would love to these but, I would definitely need the amount of vanilla, milk, flour etc to put in.

Aloha. Appreciate your insight. I've been working on my audio mixing. My new videos are much better. Check it out and let me know what you think. Mahalo!
Nice video, but man, you need to speak up. You speak quietly and mumble a bit like you're trying not to wake the kids. You need to project so people and can hear you! Anyway, otherwise, a good video.
