Can you suggest any alternative to bread crumbs and flour for gluten intolerant people? Can I use rice flour and crushed poha instead?

I think your recommendation itself would be best, Aloke👍🏻 I can't think of anything to suggest as a substitute. Crushed poha is a superb idea and i may try it myself soon! Thanks for sharing this here; it may be of use to many 💫
