    looks creamy and delicious but one simple correction. Macadamia nuts don't need to be activated since they are one of the only nuts that have virtually no phytic acid.

    There are quite low in phytic acid content compared to other nuts but definitely not zero

    ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC! I make a litre this morning, incredible! Had it with my morning cereal. So much better than animal milk, doesn't leave you gagging flem. I live in Ottawa Canada and I couldn't find Macadamia Nut Milk anywhere in town. Making it on your own is expensive but well worth the effort. Thank you for posting the recipe. Question: Do you have any nutritional facts about the milk...like how many calories in a cup etc. Anyway delicious!!! Thx

    Does this milk make a nice yogurt, with agar to thicken? Can you post a video of yogurt making with macadamia milk? Thanks!

    Good question. We have not tried macadamia milk yogurt, but it should work in the same way as almond and cashew milk yogurt. Ill have our recipe developer try a macadamia milk yogurt recipe, so check back in a few weeks : ))

    Hi there, you do not have to soak the nuts, but this step does active them, this helps to make them more digestible.
