I know the feeling when you're soooo close to a good DIY, and after executing you feel bleh, but you still need to feed the hungry content monster 😅. I still think what you made is fantastic and your creativity is incredible!

the checkerboard storage wall looks absolutely gorgeous and i love the functionality. that is what design is all about. the pipe insulation just looks like pipe insulation so that’s probably why people were negative :/

So clever! I would definitely need to put an outline of what was in each box on the outside or I’d end up playing a never ending game of memory while trying to find stuff.

I commend you highly for your content, I really appreciate a designer and architect with a low income public in mind. My only note, (and I commend you on putting yourself on the internet to face criticism) is that I wish to see sustainability in check as well. I see a lot of non-reusable materials in the decor, and I know it is really hard to cut down waste, but as a millennial/gen z concerned with the current state of the earth and our future, I crave to see sustainability. I'd love to see thrift store hauls and flips or re-porpoise materials! Again, love your content, thank you for your hard work!

If you haven't fixed the washer yet, you should consider doing an inverse. So keep the circle on the dryer but use the inside squiggle on the washer and make it look like the orange squiggle and the empty squiggle are flowing together... if that makes sense

I like your artbpeace and I see the ptential. The checkerboard wall is a really nice idear. It is not my cup of tee, but I think where it fits the room it can really nice and functional or just artsy, a lot of possibilities.

And the pool noodles from the dollar tree literally disintegrate over time and it kinda ends up like the green floral styrofoam, that’s just a big mess after 1 use
