I was at the end of making a similar edit and when I searched for how to add this extra beam out of the device you´re using I found this. It actually helped me alot with the glitch effect, the beam and how important sound effects are !! Thank you so much for helping out!

If you add the bad TV effect, it adds 4 effects, one of which is Wave Warp. or you can just add wave warp :)

Hey man, I can't find a tutorial on what I'm looking for anywhere and maybe you can help me. I have video footage of me coming downstairs and recording my empty kitchen and I want to use the meme of Robert Pattinson standing awkwardly in my kitchen. Sounds like a tracking and compositing thing. I'd track yoru scene, make a solid and add robert patison (masked out of course) in the location you want. He'll stay wherever you placed him. Maybe this? : kzread.info/dash/bejne/aI2W0qeunqm4p8Y.html
