That's awesome. I love pan searing in a cast iron skillet and bathing the steak with some of this butter. Makes an awesome pan sauce for the steak. Glad you enjoyed it!

We go to a n Italian restaurant in OC, MD, that serves compou d butter buy they use thyme in theirs. Very tasty 😊😊 on warm bread
