This time with lots of cream cheese! I made a moist and soft cream cheese bread.
It's a bread made by spreading cream cheese widely and rolling it around, and I really enjoyed it because I like cream cheese.
I made this bread in a silver foil mold like condensed milk bread. The size is perfect for eating at once, and it's cute because it's mini-mini! ☺
I sprinkled toppings on the top to give a difference from condensed milk bread, but it's okay to omit the toppings.
I made it by folding the dough, but you can make it as the recipe even when making it with a kneader.
This bread has been highly praised by acquaintances for being delicious, so if you like cream cheese, I hope you try making it!

🍞 Cream Cheese Bread 🍞
▶Material ◀ 6 silver foil molds (Top width 15.5cm, length 8.8cm, height 4.5cm)
Preheat to 356℉ (180℃), bake for 14-15 minutes at 338℉ (170℃).
✏ bread dough
180g milk
55g eggs
60g sugar
7g salt
6g instant dry yeast
340g bread flour
40g unsalted butter
✏ Cream Cheese Filling
230g cream cheese
60g sugar
✏ Toppings
15 g unsalted butter
15g sugar
15g cake flour
7g milk
✏ Egg wash
15g eggs
10g milk
◼ How to store ◼
- Wrap in an OPP bag, leave at room temperature, and consume within 2 days. Refrigeration is x
For longer storage, place in the freezer and consume within 3 weeks.

For the cream cheese filing the sugar you used is it icing/powdered sugar ? It looks so fine. If I don’t want it too me too sweet can I put less sugar ?

저는 밤식빵은 옥수수 식빵 틀에 구웠는데 오란다(대)에 만드시면 오란다틀이 은박틀보다 높이가 살짝 더 높긴하지만 만드실 수 있을 것 같아요^^

It's a polish called "Sublimo" and can be replaced with apricot jam. 😊
