Holy smokes man! I've watched tons of how to's warm ups, Drumline etc. None came close to the energy and personality that you have. Thank you from this noob who has her first Drumline practice the day after Christmas. I may be a noob, but something like this will have me well on my way! Thanks!

theriphraff it’s like cardio for drums. A slang term for a physical ability in the percussion/music world is “chops”
