@ Recipe30 , Joel, 1 more for you. broccoli & broccolini were basically invented in Italy not to long ago. There was a mate named Albert Broccoli( he was a producer/director of the 1st James Bond 007 movies) whose family a few generations back invented it by cross pollenating italian green beans & cauliflower. Thus the green color & stalks from the beans, & the taste of cauliflower & grew broccoli as a result, with the broccoli a little milder, & the broccolini smaller & a little more bitter. It's a fact mate. Cheers mate !

Joel, you're my main KZread man and my go to guy for delicious recipes but this one ? I was waiting for the tameraind, tofu,sweet pickled radish and more that I'd expect so I was left wanting although your recipe is probably very delicious. I'm loving the new wok!

@@recipe30 Hello Joel, my friend from the other side of the world. Never buy a cast iron wok, you can not use it with flip over. So heavy and no handling. Must be a bodybuilder.
