I just made this recipe with some older rice I had on the fridge. I used fried bacon/ham pieces with a little bit of teriyaki sauce for sweatness (since I couldn't find char siu). It was unbelivably delicious!!! Thank you chef-san and Francis! I always wanted to make this recipe for myself.

Derp Otaku Chashu is not an English word, and is pronounced Chah-shew チャーシュ。You can say or spell it with an R if you want but it's incorrect. I thought you'd know that if you were an otaku.
