Ingredients:
3 Red Bell peppers
3-4 habanero/ scotch bonnet
1 medium size onion
3 serving spoon of palm oil
Goat meat, tripe, cowleg, cow skin ( your choice of meat)
1-2 smoked fish
1 Tbs( Tablespoon) of locust beans
3 Tbs(Tablespoon) of Ground Crayfish
2 1/2 cups of ground melon
Blanched Spinach
Salt to taste

    Thank you for showing us how you make your egusi. Personally it looks a little bit too thick for me. I would have added more stock at the end. It's all about personal choice though. Many thanks

    No potash needed when blanching. Also, you can add the raw spinach directly to the melon and allow to cook for some minutes in the soup. Let me know if you have more question(s) on it. Keep watching😁
