If you make the rich flavoured salted caramel sauce, you can’t buy any caramel sauce from supermarket. It’s so easy, made in only four ingredients but many layers of taste in a table spoon amount. I added a zest of mandarin on the recipe for adding a bit of citrus flavour. You can replace any citrus or even can pass the section.
