Throughout the hills of the Aughwick Creek Valley, spring has reached its final form, bringing the beautiful vibrant wildflowers into bloom as the sun’s rays warm the air. Just in time for this bloom, the East Broad Top has fired up newly restored Baldwin-built 2-8-2 “Mikado” #16 for a special freight run in cooperation with longtime charter host Carl Franz. This event saw the stocky 2-8-2 at the head of a 9 car mixed freight train, representing a consist that may have once ridden the narrow gauge rails through the valley. That was a fun trip. You nailed the final runy over the bridge. Nice job withe creek lowing. And superb put awat 16. Noy many there or that. You captured it well.

Great video blue comet productions I’m still scouting out locations to film at the EBT I have already filmed at meadow street and at long fill I’m planning to scout out filming locations at the drive in restaurant and hopefully at Mcmullans summit if that’s possible other then that great work as always

There is a strip mining operation at Alvan. Is the EBT using Broad Top coal this year?
You guys had a GREAT DAY , quite unlike the Lerro Charters , where we had all the stupid props and period actors . What a CROCK his charters are . NEVER AGAIN PETE , NEVER AGAIN !! We paid $850 and got very few great run by's . WAY to much time wasted on all his props ; we need mega run by's , not 40's actors !!
