Hold control button. Select the first list the go to the next sheet (keep holding on the control button) then select the second list. Select conditional formatting then select duplicate or unique values

Thanks a lot... Could you please tell how to remove duplicates from multiple columns in excel.. I have a huge list to remove duplicates from. But the list is beyond the excel row limit. It's under the DATA section, next to "text to columns". There's a button specifically for it.

How can you copy just the highlighted ones?

Filter by color. Highlight the column, Click on sort & filter, then filter by color (the highlighted color will be there automatically for you to select) then select all and copy.
