LED Wall Factory | 169f2 Indoor High Definition LED Screen Installation Tutorial
First, you need to prepare for the installation of cabinets and cabinet accessories.
Step 1: Install the Support Frame
After confirming the installation position, use the support frame to find the horizontal line and mark the position where you need to drill holes.
Drill holes in the wall with an electric drill, place the support frames at the marked positions, place expansion bolts into the holes already made and hammer the nails into the holes. After checking the level again, tighten the bolts.
Prepare the connecting patches and fasten them with screws, then repeat the drilling and other operations.
Step 2: Attach the cabinet to the support frame
Fix 4 M10 screws into the 4 screw holes on the back of the cabinet and place the cabinet on the support frame. Align the M10 screws with the lifting holes in the support frame. Make sure the cabinet is securely fastened to the support frame.
Connect and secure adjacent cabinets, then install the second row of support frames and align the lifting holes in the support frames with the M10 screws. Repeat Step 2 thereafter.
Step 3: Install Cabinet Power and Signal Cables
Connect the cabinet power cords. Pass the wires through the pre-drilled holes between the two cabinets and connect the ends of the power cables. Then insert the power cords through the holes to connect them. Finally, plug in the power supply, the indicator light will be on for success.
Step 4: Install the LED modules
Disconnect the power and signal before installation, and start to install the LED module according to the direction of the arrow inside the module.
Step 5: Connect the device and start the screen
Connect the signal source and power supply, then you can start to use it.
