He is just missing the emergency release (look at the yellow circle in the middle of the top panel). There is a red circle with a magnet that connects there (a safety measure, you attach to your clothes as you walk/jog and if you fall it disconnects and stops the treadmill). If he reconnects the magnet there it will work fine.

It probably means a communication error with the memory chip so you may need to reboot the system. Perhaps first to unplug the AC a couple of times to see if that helps. If not, then inside the machine the chips need to be unplugged and replugged. Just like an internet router or computer sometimes get's stuck, and you need to reboot the system. - I suspect this is what he meant by his silence video. So, at least now you know where are those plugging connections in a treadmill and you could do it yourself. - Thanks

ELECTRONIC RESETING: =================== Power on the treadmill, Press S Button, The treadmill starts after 3 Seconds, as usual. But, after 5-7 Seconds, the Treadmill stops with Error E7, if this is the case, then proceed as follows: In this position (that is after the Error E7 is displayed), First Press "Stop" Button & then "-" (Minus) Button, for 3 Seconds. It did not work for me with the minus button, so I held the start button and combined it with other buttons. Increase Incline did the trick for me. Thank you.
