Asslam o alikum I have an Ammerican Fitness tread mill with inclination & display as well ....power turns on ; relay clicks but nothing happens while display is on no motor works upon pressing buttons....should i check relay or console.? Console seems good nothing is burnt & doesnt display any sort of error as well untill i plug out some cables of the board ???

Good video. I have another strange phenomenon in my treadmill. When I remove the speed sensor, there is no difference, so no error code shows at all. I checked the sensor and measured it, it works, do you have any idea what it can be due to?

Your treadmill is without sensor. Sensor is installed only to measure speed not for feedback as tripping

@@KalimullahPakistan Ok. But i can not enter the speed meny to adjust the speed. I can change the speed with the little rheostat on the board. is there a special meny for that?

Great job! Can you pl let me know the reason you have added a wire instead of fuse? what is the rated fuse, my card is also blowing the fuse when i start the motor. pl advice.

assalamualaikum bro i have board without speed sensor feature. the mosfet u1660G was have short circuit to its heatsink previously. now the treadmill is stop after 1 second running and then error 05 displayed. this happen every time i try to restart the treadmill. could you help me how to solve the problem?

@@KalimullahPakistan you are right that button doesn't work. But incline up down also doesn't work. And when machine enters double dash flashing it won't start. Where are you located? How can contact you?

Very nice video. I have a question ? I have this same board but it has a CC16M V3 chip were the RFP460 is on your board. Can I replace the CC16M V3 chip with a RFP460 chip ? Thank you for any help.

Check the datasheet of both compare pinout and other stuff. Remember,in same shape diode is also there. Do mix it with that. Check datasheet
