The E7 error code indicates abnormal power input to the Treadmill's control board.
The following are some of the causes of error:
• Inadequate power supply
• Faulty motor
Now, let's look at the best solutions to fix the error:
Check the treadmill power connection
• Connect the Treadmill to an external power supply unit so that there is enough voltage to power the Treadmill. Compare the voltage rating on the treadmill label with that of your power outlet.
• Check if the circuit breaker has tripped and reset it.
• Also, try using a different power outlet.
• Inspect the wired connectivity and replace any damaged ones
• Please switch off the Treadmill and disconnect it from the power source.
• Let the Treadmill sit for at least ten minutes before reconnecting it.
Test and repair the motor
• Check the motor from the console service menu.
• Click on the select key, tap the speed down, and press them for at least two seconds.
• You will be prompted to go into engine mode when the console lights blink.
• Click the enter button five times and check if the value of the potentiometer reads '1.'
• If it reads so, it indicates the software is not reading signals from the motor.
• Try to adjust the potentiometer to the range to get the correct value.
