Good thing you was able to save the pump ,it seams the replacement pumps aren`t nearly as good as the original.

Also a great way to start fire, gas +battery+ sparks = boom

Great vid! Had the same problem and did just what you did. Spent much time but it wouldn't loosen upp. The spare high pressure pump for Evinrude Etec is insane expensive since they only have the whole VST kit as a spare part. Like 1300 USD here. I found that it was possible to buy as a spare part to Johnsson Ficht pre 2000. Exact the same pump only different electric connector. About 300 USD here in Sweden. I have it för the sekond summer now and works great. :) Just a tip... BR // 7anne
